Delivery Policy
- Delivery within South Africa is available for a flat fee of R150. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Deliveries will be made to the address provided at the time of purchase. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once the order has been dispatched. While every effort is made to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will communicate with the customer to provide updates on the status of their delivery.
Returns Policy
General Overview
- We aim for your satisfaction with our products. If not completely satisfied, you may return the product for repair, replacement, or account credit, subject to the terms outlined below. This policy covers products purchased from The Brand Exchange and Third-Party Sellers.
- Certain sections of this policy do not apply to Unboxed Deals, reconditioned, or used products, as specified below.
- This policy is an integral part of The Brand Exchange Terms and Conditions, and defined terms carry the same meaning unless indicated otherwise.
- Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
Preparing for Return
- To expedite processing, you must:
- Safely package products for transit.
- Mark the return reference number on the parcel.
- Include all accessories and parts sold with the product.
- Failure to comply may result in delayed or declined requests.
Change of Mind
- For product returns due to a change of mind, we collect the product at no charge.
- Once inspected and validated, we credit your account within 10 days of the return.
Exchange for Unboxed Deals, Reconditioned, or Used Products
- Exchange is possible only for the same variation of Unboxed Deals, reconditioned, or used products if available.
- We collect the product, and if the variation is unavailable, we credit your account within 10 days.
Incorrect Product Delivered
- Notify us if we deliver the wrong product or if the product differs from the description on the Website.
- We collect the product at no charge, inspect it, and deliver the correct product or credit your account within 10 days.
Products Damaged on Delivery
- Notify us within 7 days of delivery if a product is damaged or missing parts.
- We collect the damaged product, repair/replace it, or credit your account within 10 days.
Defective Products
- We strive for high-quality products without defects.
- Defects do not include normal wear and tear, damage from negligence, unauthorized alterations, or product specifications not aligning with personal preference.
Standard Warranty
- Notify us of defects within 6 months of delivery.
- Repair/replacement is facilitated within this period unless an extended supplier warranty applies.
Extended Supplier Warranty
- Products may have a supplier warranty beyond the 6 months.
- Notify us of defects within the extended warranty period for return facilitation.
Charges and Refunds
- Failure to return all accessories may result in refusal or partial refund.
- Non-compliance with this policy may incur reimbursement costs.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Validated refunds or cancellations are credited to the original credit card.
